A team of two ministered and taught at a TFI conference in Togo. It was our 4thtime in Togo, and we were able to hear testimonies of the pastors and leaders from the surrounding areas that conveyed a clear understanding of Christ-centered preaching. A team of six went into five regions and six cities, (two of which it was out first time there), while on this trip. We held conferences in these cities, and in Kumasi, we held a two-day conference. During this time, we conveyed a Christ-centered message from all the different team members and also taught on what a Christ-centered message is and the benefits to preaching one. Pastors and leaders from all these areas were trained and encouraged in this message while we heard testimonies from those who had heard us in 2015. They spoke of how this message had changed their lives and their ministries. People spoke of never being the same again. It was a powerful time of ministry.
A team of three went into two countries in South Asia through a connection into these nations. It was here that we ministered to pastors and leaders from areas that have seen oppression and persecution. In one area, there was a large contingent of young Christians (15-30 years old), and they were on fire for the Lord. We heard of their need for the Christ-centered message in a country whose population is more than 88% Muslim but where there was a thriving Christian community hungry for the Word of God. We took this message to them and there was a great reception of the message.
